Couples and Family Therapy: With more than 10 years of experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Jane has helped numerous couples and families build harmonious relationships based on attachment, systematic, and experiential theories. Her compassionate and empathetic approach has been instrumental in facilitating trust and love between lovers, couples, parents and children.
Biblical and Integrated Counseling: As a Christian marriage and family ministry worker, Jane brings over 15 years of experience in integrating spiritual and psychological counseling. Jane leads group training classes for couples, parents, individuals, and coaches, helping them build strong and harmonious relationships, marriages, and families.
Adolescent Counseling: Jane served as a senior psychological counselor at an international secondary school, where she supported adolescents in navigating emotional health challenges, as well as aiding their academic and personal development in character and integrity.
Head Coach at Morphos Learning Center: As the head coach, Jane utilizes PEAKS Psychometrics to help individuals and teams understand their personality strengths, potentials and blind spots. This approach creates synergy for personal and collective growth. Morphos Learning Center empowers change and transformation in individuals, families, and organizations by integrating psychology and technology.
Professional Background: Jane has a diverse professional background that spans various roles and disciplines. Her previous positions include serving as a Marriage and Family Counselor in China, a Senior Psychological Counselor at an international secondary school, and the Head Coach at Morphos Learning Center, where she trained others in counseling and coaching techniques. Additionally, Jane holds a Master’s degree in Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto, which led her to a role as a Senior Financial Analyst with several Fortune 500 companies.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jane and her husband are the China regional leaders of 2=1 International Marriage and Family Ministry. Together, they teach courses such as “Married for Life” and “Parenting for Life.” They also collaborate with the Canada Campus Evangelical Fellowship (CCEF) and other Christian youth fellowships to support the emotional well-being of young adults. Through these efforts, they help address challenges related to emotions, relationships, marriage, and career choices.
