- For more than ten years, she has been engaged in coaching, counselling and teaching related courses in marriage and family relations, personal trauma and adolescent growth, striving to build a harmonious relationship between husband and wife, and building a bridge of mutual listening, love and trust between parents and children. Her counseling style is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
- At the same time, she and her husband have been served in a marriage family ministry (2equal1.com) and life coaching for over ten years. They have been teaching courses such as “Married For Life” and “Parenting For Life” across the world, editing and translating textbooks, training coaches, leading marriage and family and spiritual formation workshops. They are currently working with Canada Campus Evangelical Fellowship (CCEF) to nurture students’ emotional wellness.
许肖冰（Jane），加拿大蜕变教练督导中心首席督导, 加拿大Tyndale University临床辅导学硕士（在读），中国二级婚姻家庭咨询师，多伦多大学管理和财务硕士。历任世界500强企业高级财务分析师和国际中学资深心理咨询顾问。十几年从事婚姻和家庭关系、个人创伤和青少年成长的指导和咨询及教授相关课程。努力构建和睦的夫妻关系，并在父母和子女之间搭建互相聆听，互爱互信的桥梁。她的谘询风格亲切、温暖、富有同理心。
同时，她与丈夫一起，从事二人一体婚姻家庭事工和生命教练十多年。在各地教授【白头偕老】、【为人父母】等课程，编审翻译教材，培训导师、带领婚姻家庭及心灵成长营会。目前与加拿大校园福音团契合作，助力学生的情绪健康。
